Xokoalt is not simply chocolate.


It is a way of approaching cacao, rooted in origin, respect, and a transformation guided by the material itself.

Born in Tenerife, Xokoalt is a family project led by Jérôme NIARD and his children, united by a shared commitment: to bring forth a rare, authentic, and deeply balanced chocolate, where every step matters and every detail holds meaning.

Here, cacao is never treated as a mere raw material.
It unfolds through constant attention, in a patient and precise process, almost silent, that follows its nature rather than forcing it.

From this approach emerges a dual richness: a deep, subtle and distinctive aromatic expression, and the preservation of cacao’s many natural benefits, recognized for their effects on body and mind.

Each creation becomes a balance of intensity, precision, and vitality.

our philosophy

At Xokoalt, we work from the very origin, personally selecting native and organic cacao in Peru, in direct connection with the land, the communities, and the fermentation process.
Then, in Tenerife, we transform it artisanally, with respect, precision, and sensitivity.

Each bar expresses the purity of cacao, its character, and its truth, without artifice, allowing it to reveal itself with depth, elegance, and soul.

Jérôme, MASTER CHOCOLATE MAKER

Chocolatier and creator of Xokoalt, Jérôme, has dedicated his path to understanding cocoa beyond the final product.

His quest has personally taken him to Peru, where he selects and accompanies the cacao at its origin alongside local communities, participating in crucial stages such as fermentation. This direct relationship with the raw material allows him to create chocolate with authenticity, traceability, and soul.

Then, in Tenerife, he transforms that cocoa into small artisanal productions, made by hand, where technique and sensitivity come together to give life to a unique chocolate.

the origin

Our cocoa comes from the Peruvian jungle, where we select native varieties of great aromatic value and work with a respectful, sustainable and human vision.

We care about the origin, but also the impact.
That is why Xokoalt was also born as a project that values the work of local communities, promotes conscious practices and is committed to a fairer relationship with cocoa and with those who make it possible.

The result is a vegan chocolate, pure and deeply expressive, available in different percentages of cocoa, so that each person can discover their own way of enjoying it.
