Pursuit of Origin
Jérôme did not begin his journey by making chocolate. He began by travelling.
At the age of twenty-three, a first plantation in the Dominican Republic transformed curiosity into a true vocation. It marked the beginning of a lifelong pursuit that would lead him from the Marquesas Islands to the Peruvian Amazon, through countless encounters with producers whose knowledge has been refined and preserved over generations.
Each journey deepened a singular understanding of cacao: not as a simple ingredient, but as a living heritage. From genetics to harvest, from fermentation to drying, every stage became part of the same pursuit: to understand the true identity of a cacao before revealing its fullest expression.
